As a Registered Dietitian I have worked clinically within the NHS and also as a research fellow within the university setting.   I continue to keep up to date with current evidence by attending conference and study days regularly – I just enjoy learning.  Any diet programme I devise will not only be evidence based, but also clinically informed by 20 years of supporting individuals through health and behaviour change.

My passion is weight management, looking at each person as an individual who struggles for whatever reason –  and most everyone struggles with something.  My job is to see how I can support you best with changing your current patterns of activity and dietary intake, navigating your pressures and challenges and finding the opportunities for solutions within your lifestyle.

Solutions are agreed goals implemented and exchanged for less good habits, with the longer term goal of improving physical and mental health status.
