Do One Thing Today

During 2012 and 2013, I worked with a great friend of mine in Dublin, Trish Kernan. We wanted to develop a healthy living app suitable for the whole population.  Trish and I have been friends since we were in our late teens and attended the Dublin Institute of Technology, Kevin St.  Since then we have gone our separate ways at a professional level but always maintained our friendship.  Coming up with the dott app provided us with a great opportunity to work together and also work within our professional capacities.

Our app provides you with a healthy action every day.  You just  Do One Thing Today.  Each action is based in research –  nutrition,   exercise, social,  psychological, sleep – so you can be assured that what you are doing is good for your health.  Even being aware of some of the actions is positive as it may be that we are providing you with the knowledge to set you on a better path for your health.  We hope you like the actions.  More so, we hope you  actually DO the actions.

And if you do…

You will move more.

You will explore new foods.

You will  feel better.

You will sleep more

You will even enjoy your coffee and not feel guilty.

You can try them all or whichever one suits your day. Why not choose an action you like and try to incorporate it more regularly into your life.  There are so many actions to choose from, you are bound to find ones that will make your life not just better, but healthier too.  Try this app today!
